Chad Pippin – Pastor of Production Services
Chad provides oversight to all members of the Production Service team. He also oversees the creative planning process for all church events (i.e. Christmas & Easter) in conjunction with the Worship & Arts ministry.

Roberta Prather – Executive Administrative Assistant
Roberta provides administrator support to the Production Services department.
Eric Raingruber – Production Manager
Eric gives oversight to all live production components for our weekend gatherings and special events. Eric also oversees Studio 401, which is our video production ministry. This involves creative planning, filming & editing a wide variety of projects.
Sean Stencil – Media Coordinator
Sean coordinates all iMAG media for weekend gatherings and special events. He also oversees God’s Word Made Plain, the radio ministry of Big Valley Grace Community Church.
Matt Tanis – Audio Coordinator
Matt coordinates all audio production for weekend gatherings and special events.
Vince Moretto – Video Coordinator
Matt coordinates all live video production for weekend gatherings and special events.
